About Us

LÓBA is a jewellery brand founded by Tobi Amure. We exist to change the relationship between people and their jewellery, moving it from something admired and reserved into something worn, lived in, and loved.

Our pieces are crafted in 18 karat high quality gold plated stainless steel, with a 925 sterling silver line launching soon. Our plating undergoes a high-durability plating process for its resistance to fading, tarnishing, and everyday contact with water, skin, and sweat. It gives our gold pieces the richness and depth of solid gold, engineered to hold that colour under real conditions. Our upcoming sterling silver line will carry the same standard of quality. 

The Problem We Are Solving

Jewellery has long been treated as something to protect. Special occasion pieces. Going-out pieces. Pieces bought with intention and then kept, wrapped, waiting for an occasion significant enough to justify wearing them. The result is a wardrobe of jewellery that spends most of its life unseen, and a customer who owns beautiful things she rarely reaches for.

We think that's a loss. All the days in between deserve good jewellery too. The commute, the coffee run, the ordinary Tuesday that quietly makes up most of a life. LÓBA was founded on the belief that luxury shouldn't ask you to wait for permission.
