We design our jewellery to be worn, loved, and to last beyond seasons. Every piece is created with quality and longevity in mind.

To give you extra peace of mind when you first receive your order, we include a 2-Month Complimentary Protection from the date of delivery.

Our jewellery is designed for long-term wear when cared for properly. This 2-month support period simply ensures you are fully supported during the initial period after purchase.

What this covers

During the first 2 months, if your jewellery shows unexpected tarnishing or loss of shine under normal wear and proper care, we will review your case and, where eligible, offer a free replacement.

What this does not cover

This support does not apply to:

• Tarnishing caused by exposure to bleach, or other chemicals.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage
• Jewellery that has been altered or repaired by a third party

How to make a claim

Email us at hello@houseofloba.com within 2 months of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the issue
• A brief description of how the piece has been worn and cared for.
