We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
14-Day Return Window You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After this period, we're unable to accept returns.
Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear
- With any tags or protective packaging intact
We inspect all returns on arrival. Items that don't meet these conditions will not be refunded.
Earrings — Non-Returnable For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
